If you are forced to cancel, we will refund, in full, the cost of your charter.
If we are unable to offer you your boating holiday due to current UK Government Advice, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund, in full, the cost of your charter.
Terms and Conditions
1. This guarantee applies to the SARS-CoV-2 / Covid19 strain of Coronavirus.
2. We reserve the right to ask for documentary evidence that you have been forced to cancel your holiday due to Government advice.
3. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for all other risks.
4. The Coronavirus Guarantee applies to charters due take place from August 3rd 2020 to November 1st 2020.
5. Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
6. All other terms and conditions are unchanged.
